If you're not happy with your Holdtall posture corrector, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 working day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns we weren't expecting.

Conditions

• Items should be returned clean and in their original packaging where possible.
• Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day guarantee gives you longer than this.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Ordered the wrong size? Email us and we'll help you swap it for the right one.
