Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on every order

All orders to UK addresses ship free with a tracked service. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days from when you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Packaging

Your order arrives in plain, discreet packaging.

Delays and missing parcels

Occasionally couriers have delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it for you. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
