Holdtall is a lightweight brace that gently draws your shoulders back and supports your upper and lower back, so you notice when you start to hunch and can sit up straight again. Best for chest sizes over 91cm (36in), or if you want fuller back and waist support.

Sizes go by your waist, not your chest. Measure around your waist at belly-button height and pick your size from the size guide below.

How to wear it
