Will it fit me?

Measure around the fullest part of your chest. The strap fits chests from 69 to 91cm (27 to 36in). If your chest is larger than 91cm, choose the Holdtall Back Brace, which comes in sizes S to 2XL.

How to wear it

Start with 30 to 60 minutes a day and build up to 2 to 3 hours at a time, with a break between sessions. Pair it with simple stretches and back exercises. Holdtall is a reminder to sit well, not a replacement for moving well.
